Reinforce your Linewize Filter with real-time features to support a safer online browsing experience for all. Linewize's Filter now comes with an optional Content-aware Module.
The Content-aware Module provides an added level of granularity to support learning and keep students safer than ever before. Image Blurring is the first release within the Content-aware Module, and focuses on imagery. Rather than filtering by URL, Image Blurring assesses the imagery on each individual page, allowing some pages through while blocking or imposing restrictions on others.
Linewize Filter
This new Linewize Filter signature will house all the "unsafe AI chat" content. These types of sites are things such as "AI Girlfriends" and websites that contain AI Generators for pornographic images. This category will sit under the Mature and Explicit category.

We have released an update in Classwize which is now live for your teachers. The end times for classes, started with the Start Class button, will now persist, so that teachers won't need to input the end time each time they start their classes (teachers will still be able to adjust the end time as/if needed). This update is an efficient time saver for classes that typically end at the same time each day!
*Note that this does not affect classes that start/end automatically with scheduling in class settings.

If you are a Chrome-only district with anywhere from 1,500 – 5,000 students and are interested in joining a beta to test a Chrome extension, please email tina.searcy@linewize.com for information.
The Cloud Scan Module will scan your school's cloud storage every 24 hours, and flag any image considered to be illegal, non-compliant, or a potential risk to student safety. Your designated staff will be alerted and given a choice of options to allow or permanently remove flagged images.
If you are interested in learning more about the Cloud Scan Module, reach out to your Customer Success Manager!

Mary is the Senior Customer Success Manager for the Southeast at Linewize, where she has been a valued team member for nearly three years.
With a background in the EdTech space dating back to 2015, she brings a wealth of experience and a deep understanding of the unique needs of school districts. Mary's primary goal is to ensure that her districts feel fully supported while maximizing their Linewize ecosystem's potential, all while building a genuine relationship with those she has the honor of supporting. However, she understands that she can't do this on her own, so she works closely with various teams throughout the company to ensure everyone's needs are being met.
Outside of work, Mary calls the mountains of Northern Arizona home, where she enjoys exploring the stunning terrain with her fiancé and their three dogs. When she’s not out adventuring, she can be found getting lost in a good book or trying to convince herself that 40+ indoor plants are enough (though she may not always succeed!).
